Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Rowan County, Kentucky. The job is on a residential tower site. The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
