Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Jasper County, Iowa. The job is at a roadside mobile fitting unit. On a typical shift you will repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement. Requirements: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
