Bread baker — Oyi

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Oyi, Anambra State. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
