Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Stone County, Missouri. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
