Excavator operator — Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Franklin County, Ohio. You will be based at a plant hire yard. On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
