Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Lonoke County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends.
