Maintenance painter • Montgomery County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Montgomery County, Texas. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers The role involves: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
