Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in Cook County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Your main tasks: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
