What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
