Pot washer wanted in Hidalgo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You will be based in a catering unit. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
