Safety marshal — Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Warren County, North Carolina. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training The role involves: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors 6+ years on the tools preferred.
