Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On a typical shift you will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; check for underground cables and services before digging; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension.
