Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Gallatin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. On the job you will handle: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
