Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Lincoln County, Nevada. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Day to day you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; read lift plans and method statements before starting; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
