Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Kendall County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls On the job you will handle: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
