Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Davidson County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
