Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 1+ years on the tools preferred.
