Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in Washington County, Florida. The job is at a logistics warehouse. You will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
