Vacancy available: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Shannon County, Missouri. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
