We are recruiting: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Pike County, Alabama. You will work at a busy construction site. Day to day you will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 1+ years on the tools preferred.
