Gas commissioning technician • Marion County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Marion County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
