Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Pamlico County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
