Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Clay County, Kansas. The role involves: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
