We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator in Clay County, North Carolina. You will be based at a packaging facility. The role involves feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt. Ideal candidate: • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
