You will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
