Baker — Sandamu

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Sandamu, Katsina State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
