Shuttering carpenter — Broome County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Broome County, New York. You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On a typical shift you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting.
