Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Sioux County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
