Foundry operative wanted in Frontier County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry operative in Frontier County, Nebraska. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day to day you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
