Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Juniata County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Rotating shifts.
