What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping On a typical shift you will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift.
