We are recruiting: paint booth operator (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Defiance County, Ohio. The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
