What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish.
