Commis chef — Presidio County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Presidio County, Texas. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
