Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Pipestone County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day to day you will check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
