Electrostatic spray painter — Clark County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Clark County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
