Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Perry County, Indiana. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line Part-time with flexible hours.
