Now hiring: we are hiring a VMC operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
