Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Orange County, Florida. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Your main tasks: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
