Cold room technician — Redcar and Cleveland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold room technician in Redcar and Cleveland, England. You will be based in an AC and refrigeration showroom. On the job you will handle: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. £3,050 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
