Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Anderson County, South Carolina. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
