Head baker — Ashland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Ashland County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off.
