Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms You will pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; clean condenser and evaporator coils; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch.
