Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Wichita County, Kansas. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves measure rope tension and check for broken strands; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
