Fine-dining server — Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Franklin County, Iowa. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 3+ years on the tools preferred. $9,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
