We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
