Now hiring: we are hiring a press setter operator in Carroll County, Virginia. You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day to day you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
