Thermal insulation technician — Lamar County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Lamar County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Full-time, day shift.
