Dish pit attendant wanted in Sheridan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Sheridan County, Kansas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
