Surface coating operator — Dickinson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Dickinson County, Iowa. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
